This seasoned masala batter creates the
perfect crispy coating to fry up ultimate
comfort foods. The blend was originally
created for our iconic Rick’s Fried Chicken
sandwich or as it’s more popularly known,
the RFC. We also love it on our
festival-winning Tandoori Fried Chicken,
Crispy Paneer, Gobi Cauliflower Wings,
and even Okra or Green Beans. Use it as a
dry dredge or mix with water to create a
wet batter. Our trick is to dip your
ingredient into whisked egg whites
before dry dredging in the fry batter to
create epic crunch.
